Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy only from manufacturers and their authorised distributors. Every pack carries the brand's batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date.
How do I know which product to buy?
Use Shop by crop or problem, or open a product and use the "How much do I need?" calculator. You can also call 1800-000-0000 — expert advice is free.
How much should I spray per acre?
Each product page shows the label dose per acre and the dosage calculator works out the total for your land. Always follow the label and our safety guidance.
Orders & payment
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most PIN codes. For some high-value orders we may ask for a small online advance to confirm the order.
Which online payments do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is available for every order under My orders.
Do you give bulk prices?
Yes, for dealers, FPOs and large farms. Fill in the bulk order form and our team will call you within 24 hours.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 24–48 hours · delivered in 3–7 working days. Remote PIN codes may take a little longer. See the shipping policy for charges.
How do I track my order?
Open Track order or My orders. Tracking details are also emailed when the parcel ships.
Returns & refunds
What if the product arrives damaged or leaking?
Report it within 7 days of delivery from My orders and keep the pack. We will replace it or refund you. Details are in our return policy.
How long does a refund take?
5–7 working days after approval — to your original payment method for online orders, or by UPI / bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
