These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with KisanHub ("KisanHub"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- Please give correct name, phone and address details so we can deliver your order.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
2. Prices and orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless shown otherwise.
- Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. The price shown when you place the order applies.
- Offer prices may have a per-order limit and are valid only while the offer is live.
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may cancel an order for a pricing error, stock problem or suspected misuse, with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Payment
You can pay online through our secure payment partner or choose Cash on Delivery where available. A Cash on Delivery charge or online advance, if any, is shown at checkout before you place the order.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our return policy.
5. Regulated agricultural products
- Pesticides are sold only for lawful agricultural use as per the label, under the Insecticides Act, 1968.
- Fertilizers and seeds are sold as per the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985 and the Seeds Act, 1966.
- You must use products only as directed on the label and leaflet. See our product disclaimer.
6. Product information
We take care that product descriptions, images and doses are accurate, but packaging may differ slightly from the photos. The label on the product you receive is the final guide.
7. Limitation of liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for crop loss caused by misuse, wrong dosage, weather or other conditions outside our control.
8. Content
All text, images and logos on this site belong to KisanHub or the respective brands and may not be copied without permission.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our registered office location. For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer — details are in the privacy policy.
