Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above; otherwise a flat ₹70 delivery charge.
The exact charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
- Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 working hours.
- Most orders reach you in 3–7 working days. Remote and hilly PIN codes may take 2–3 days more.
- Some liquids and hazardous products can travel only by surface transport, which may add 1–2 days.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery person. For some high-value orders we may ask for a small online advance to confirm the order; the balance is collected at delivery.
Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel before you accept it. If the box is torn, wet or leaking, you may refuse it or accept it and report the problem within 7 days with photos. A short unboxing video helps us settle claims faster.
