KisanHub ("KisanHub", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, how we use it and how we keep it safe, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Account and order details: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery addresses.
- Order history: products bought, amounts, payment status and delivery status.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our RBI-regulated payment partner. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Technical data: browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working well.
2. How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and give product advice.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the website.
We never sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Only what is needed to complete your order: courier partners (name, phone, address), payment gateways (order amount and reference) and, when required by law, government authorities.
4. Cookies
We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and your chosen language. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; records we must keep by law are retained only for that purpose.
6. Your choices
- Update your profile and addresses anytime from My account.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to support@kisanhub.in.
7. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
